Gluten Free?

An article was published in Time Magazine about gluten allergies – did you know that over 3 million individuals in the United States have been diagnosed with celiac disease?  3 million people!  That’s over 3 million individuals who struggle day in and day out, (just like I do) with finding restaurants to eat at, good recipes to cook, and struggle with the constant question – what am I going to eat for a snack today?  

Well as we rapidly approach the SuperBowl – I am going to be bringing my own snack to my SuperBowl party at my friend Lauren’s house – buffalo chicken tenders from the book Deliciously G-Free by Elisabeth Hasselbeck 🙂
